Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Florida avocado, or 1 large Hass avocado
- 1 1/2 cups oat/soy/almond milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or agave
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
Notes
- This recipe makes about 2-3 cups.
